We are Gretchen and Michael Fagan, owners of 403 EATS…Tomball’s Food Truck Park. We’ve had our Farmers Insurance Agency here in Tomball for over 20 years and are located on Main Street near 403 EATS. Gretchen was the Mayor of Tomball for 15 years. We acquired land at 403 E Main a few years back with no plans for development. Gretchen said, “how about food trucks” and Mike replied, “let’s put our money where your mouth is!” So, quickly the plans for Tomball’s Food Truck Park emerged. Our goal was exactly what we achieved; a family environment that can be enjoyed by all, even Fido. We are family friendly and dog friendly. We’ve had proposals, showers, weddings, first dates, blind dates, receptions, birthdays and even Weiner dog races! We play bingo, have live music, sing karaoke and have a lot of fun! We are excited to expand with Events Behind the Fence, an event and music venue opening in January 2024!
